Jay was my coach for two years. His knowledge of the human mind and behaviour is impressively vast and diverse. He helped me learn to accept my neurodiversity and stand up for myself more.

After receiving a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism in my 30s I was left feeling lost, numb and resentful of people in my past. That was until I met Jay! The whole time he was attentive, true to his word and a pleasure to work with. Together we smoothly navigated through many different problem areas managing general anxiety, learning self-compassion and also more compassion for others. Thanks to Jay, I was able to finally forgive my mother for the way she treated me when I was a child. Jay taught me shadow work and how to soothe and comfort my child-self, which allowed me to do a lot of healing. I learned about welcoming and befriending anxiety, and the importance of surrendering and accepting that some things are out of my control. As a coach, Jay is very professional and respectful while staying relatable. I recommend him wholeheartedly without any reservations he is a phenomenal human being and a brilliant coach. My husband will be his next client!

His consistent support and non-judgmental guidance made me feel understood and empowered. I had limited and variable experiences with counselling in my late teens. While some experiences had been very positive, others had placed me rather permanently back into my shell. It wasn't until a year after my best friend recommended Jay that I decided to give it a shot. Jay is a sound judge of character; very apt at tailoring his approach to the needs of his clients, whilst remaining unwavering in his convictions and integrity. His consultative approach allowed us to build a programme that worked perfectly for me flexible enough to support my changing needs yet structured enough to incrementally strengthen my mind and improve my life. I had a great deal on my plate when I first connected with Jay a final year university student at a psychological breaking point. 6 months and 20 sessions later I was a new man. Not because I had radically changed, but because Jay had helped me subtly shift my perspective to one of abundance, appreciation, and acceptance. I graduated in 2024 with 1st Class Honours. I don't think I could have done it without him.

Being neurodivergent himself, Jay understood the daily challenges I faced. It was a relief to talk to someone who really gets me. He is so easy to get along with and we connected straight away.

Following my diagnosis of ADHD and Autism at the age of 48 I had accumulated a lot of trauma in the years I was undiagnosed. My diagnosis helped me understand the reasons behind my challenges and differences, but I had no idea how to move forward. Jay helped me to strip life back to the things that are important to me and to understand how to work with my emotions instead of being stiff and resistant to them. Like everyone I still have the ups and downs that life throws at me, but I now know how to ride the wave instead of getting stuck in a cycle of low mood and high anxiety. I give myself time to pause and then respond to challenging situations instead of reacting impulsively. Jay's forward-thinking approach really has changed my entire outlook on life. I now live every moment of my life, and rather than looking back, I look forward to the next exciting challenge.

In February 2023, I had the blessing of being introduced to Jay. I had been diagnosed with autism and ADHD earlier in life, and later with borderline personality disorder I felt like a lost cause. We clicked instantly. Alongside this, Jay's knowledge of neurodiversity and his willingness to share his knowledge has allowed for a greater understanding of myself. Not once did I feel like just another name on a bit of paper, but someone who he truly wanted to help. Off the back of a year of coaching, I was given the opportunity to attend a retreat that Jay and a few others were hosting in Madrid. I met some amazing people, practised breathwork and yoga daily, got creative painting out in nature it remains one of the best experiences of my life! From what I've learnt from Jay, I'm now able to manage my ADHD, Autism and borderline personality disorder much more efficiently. I can't thank Jay enough for everything he's done for me.

As a late-diagnosed, ADHD, menopausal woman who wanted more help with life in general, I found Jay to be an awesome mix of holistic, therapy, spiritual, laughter, wisdom, guidance, support, common sense and encouragement in one human being. I have learnt so much about myself and my ways of coping. It literally has been life changing for me.

You explained things in a way that helped me understand how my brain works and how to advocate for myself. My confidence has grown and I feel more positive and comfortable to handle life's challenges.

It opened up my mind and enlightened me in ways I didn't know were possible. It's surreal to think that the knowledge was there before but it just needed to be unlocked. I also came to understand that when I'm not confident in my approach, people in the past have utilised that to their advantage leading to dimming my self-perception and esteem. You taught me that I am the only person who can save myself and that my struggles are temporary. You taught me that I can control my actions and that all feelings are important thoughts will come and go, but ultimately I am the observer of my own life. When I was told this coaching would be life-changing, I was sceptical. I was broken, exhausted and had nothing left to give. Turns out that person was inside of me the whole time she just needed help to come to the surface. It was this coaching that helped me unlock my hidden identity and potential. I am no longer surviving hour by hour but finally living and thriving daily. Thank you Jay. I am truly grateful.

I was first introduced to my coach, Jay in October 2024. I first recognised his kindness and wisdom, and we got straight to work together, in identifying and understanding my specific neurodiverse type and it's been absolutely transformative for me.

With Jay's guidance we've explored how to manage the anxiety, and difficulty with executive function, that is sometimes experienced as an autistic person. Jay encouraged me to feel less self-critical and to honour myself in a kinder way.

As a result, I have put into place, sustainable and more gentle ways in relation to my time management, task starting and organisation and that is now working perfectly for my own unique brain.

Jay's support has been particularly validating, and empowering for me. I am absolutely thriving now, in all areas of my life.

Jay introduced me to the idea of natural cycles of expansion and contraction. Jay and I shared some breathing work together that I now practice on a daily basis.

It's made an enormous difference to my life.

I highly recommend Jay, who is a wonderful human being.

Thank you always Jay.
