1:1 Coaching (Ages 18+)
This is a space to understand yourself properly - beyond the identity, expectations and narratives you've been carrying. My approach encourages you to explore and unpack the layers of your "story" - so you can break free from limiting beliefs and challenge the perspectives that are holding you back.
Through thought management and emotional regulation techniques, including anxiety management, you'll learn how to work with your nature and your neurotype, instead of moulding yourself to meet idealistic expectations.
The NEGLECT System
At the centre of this work is the NEGLECT System - a framework I've developed to highlight what is often overlooked, especially in neurodiverse individuals.
Learn how what you eat and drink affects the way you think and feel.
What aspects of your environment are having the most impact on you?
What areas of your life feel stuck or stagnant? How do you remove the blockage?
Does your current lifestyle align with the person you're becoming?
How have your past experiences shaped the way you see yourself and the world?
How aware are you of the impact what you consume has on your nervous system?
What habits are holding you back and where did they come from?
What This Leads To
- Understand yourself more clearly
- Regulate your internal state more effectively
- Move through anxiety and overwhelm with more control
- Let go of patterns that no longer serve you
- Act in a way that feels aligned, rather than forced
How This Works
We begin by exploring these areas to understand what's shaping your worldview, your belief system and your current patterns. Alongside this, we look at your relationship with pressure and expectations - both internal and external - so you can begin to respond with awareness rather than react automatically.
Growing into your authentic self is infinitely more fulfilling than shrinking into someone you're not.
Young People's Coaching (Ages 13-17)
Young people today are often expected to meet targets from a very early age, frequently in environments that don't suit their natural way of being. Over time, this can create pressure, comparison and a quiet sense of "not being enough." When someone feels like they're constantly falling short, they don't just question the system - they begin to question themselves.
This can show up as:
- Anxiety or low mood
- Withdrawal or shutdown
- Frustration or behavioural challenges
- A growing lack of self-worth
Does This Feel Familiar?
- Do you feel like the education system hasn't supported your child in the way they need?
- Does your child find it difficult to interpret non-verbal cues, or understand how they're coming across?
- Do they seem overwhelmed, misunderstood or disconnected?
How I Support Them
- Explore and understand their feelings
- Challenge limiting beliefs about themselves
- Manage pressure and overwhelm more effectively
- Feel more at ease with who they are
- Build self-esteem and confidence
- Remove shame around their needs
- Communicate through confusion instead of shutting down
Parental Support
Alongside this, I offer parental support sessions for those wanting to better understand how their young person experiences and processes the world. These sessions focus on helping you recognise where they may be struggling, how it shows up, and how to support them in a way that feels steady, consistent, and effective.
Arriving at the destination is still the goal - some of us are just wired to take the scenic route there!
Men's Mental & Emotional Health
Let's talk about it.
As men, there is often an unspoken pressure to deal with everything alone. We live in a time where there is a negative stigma around openly sharing emotions and insecurities. Whilst we are seemingly encouraged to do so, for many of us it has resulted in experiencing judgement, ridicule, abandonment or a breakdown in trust when we've tried to open up. Over time, that creates hesitation and detachment.
A Shift in Perspective
Through my own journey, I came to understand something that fundamentally shifted my perspective: masculinity and femininity are energetic qualities - they have nothing to do with gender.
A friend of mine once said to me: "the river needs its banks." The river representing the wild flow and power of femininity, the banks representing the strong structure and stillness of masculinity that holds and guides. Both elements are present in all of us. Both have their purpose. And both need to be balanced in order to thrive.
How I Support You
- A space to speak openly, without judgement
- Support in understanding and expressing what's going on internally
- Practical tools to manage pressure, explore emotion and mental load
- Guidance in developing balance, clarity and self-trust
If you've been carrying all the weight on your shoulders and need to share the load - or if you're used to handling everything on your own but know something needs to change.
Add-On: Interim Support – Ongoing support between sessions is available. This can be discussed during a discovery call and provides additional guidance, accountability, and space to stay on track as you implement what you’re learning.
If you’re tired of quick fixes and having to start over,
this is your opportunity to do things differently.
If you’re ready to start navigating change, rather than being derailed by it,

What OtHers Have
Experienced
Real words from real people who've done this work. Every journey is unique these are just some of the paths that have been walked.
Jay was my coach for two years. His knowledge of the human mind and behaviour is impressively vast and diverse. He helped me learn to accept my neurodiversity and stand up for myself more.
After receiving a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism in my 30s I was left feeling lost, numb and resentful of people in my past. That was until I met Jay! The whole time he was attentive, true to his word and a pleasure to work with. Together we smoothly navigated through many different problem areas managing general anxiety, learning self-compassion and also more compassion for others. Thanks to Jay, I was able to finally forgive my mother for the way she treated me when I was a child. Jay taught me shadow work and how to soothe and comfort my child-self, which allowed me to do a lot of healing. I learned about welcoming and befriending anxiety, and the importance of surrendering and accepting that some things are out of my control. As a coach, Jay is very professional and respectful while staying relatable. I recommend him wholeheartedly without any reservations he is a phenomenal human being and a brilliant coach. My husband will be his next client!
Working with Jay has been an absolute revelation. As someone with ADHD, I've always struggled with self-mastery. Jay's approach is both compassionate and highly effective.
From our first session, he took the time to understand my unique challenges and tailored his strategies to fit my needs. The self-mastery work we did together was nothing short of life-changing. Jay introduced me to practical tools and techniques that helped me harness my strengths, manage my time more effectively, and stay organised. His consistent support and non-judgmental guidance made me feel understood and empowered. One of the most impactful aspects of Jay's coaching was his emphasis on accountability and sustainable progress. With Jay's help, I've gained a greater sense of control over my life, improved my productivity and significantly reduced my stress levels. If you're looking for specialised ADHD coaching that truly understands and addresses your needs, Jay's self-mastery work is an invaluable resource.
My 20 sessions with Jay were one of the most transformative and rewarding experiences of my life. Right off the bat Jay's easy-going and genuine nature put me at ease.
I had limited and variable experiences with counselling in my late teens. While some experiences had been very positive, others had placed me rather permanently back into my shell. It wasn't until a year after my best friend recommended Jay that I decided to give it a shot. Jay is a sound judge of character; very apt at tailoring his approach to the needs of his clients, whilst remaining unwavering in his convictions and integrity. His consultative approach allowed us to build a programme that worked perfectly for me flexible enough to support my changing needs yet structured enough to incrementally strengthen my mind and improve my life. I had a great deal on my plate when I first connected with Jay a final year university student at a psychological breaking point. 6 months and 20 sessions later I was a new man. Not because I had radically changed, but because Jay had helped me subtly shift my perspective to one of abundance, appreciation, and acceptance. I graduated in 2024 with 1st Class Honours. I don't think I could have done it without him.
Being neurodivergent himself, Jay understood the daily challenges I faced. It was a relief to talk to someone who really gets me. He is so easy to get along with and we connected straight away.
Following my diagnosis of ADHD and Autism at the age of 48 I had accumulated a lot of trauma in the years I was undiagnosed. My diagnosis helped me understand the reasons behind my challenges and differences, but I had no idea how to move forward. Jay helped me to strip life back to the things that are important to me and to understand how to work with my emotions instead of being stiff and resistant to them. Like everyone I still have the ups and downs that life throws at me, but I now know how to ride the wave instead of getting stuck in a cycle of low mood and high anxiety. I give myself time to pause and then respond to challenging situations instead of reacting impulsively. Jay's forward-thinking approach really has changed my entire outlook on life. I now live every moment of my life, and rather than looking back, I look forward to the next exciting challenge.
For the first time I was receiving guidance from someone who I could actually relate to and who understood my experiences. Jay's passion to help others is abundant in his approach.
In February 2023, I had the blessing of being introduced to Jay. I had been diagnosed with autism and ADHD earlier in life, and later with borderline personality disorder I felt like a lost cause. We clicked instantly. Alongside this, Jay's knowledge of neurodiversity and his willingness to share his knowledge has allowed for a greater understanding of myself. Not once did I feel like just another name on a bit of paper, but someone who he truly wanted to help. Off the back of a year of coaching, I was given the opportunity to attend a retreat that Jay and a few others were hosting in Madrid. I met some amazing people, practised breathwork and yoga daily, got creative painting out in nature it remains one of the best experiences of my life! From what I've learnt from Jay, I'm now able to manage my ADHD, Autism and borderline personality disorder much more efficiently. I can't thank Jay enough for everything he's done for me.
It sounds odd to say but I feel like he spoke to my soul. I will be forever grateful for his help in my healing journey.
As a late-diagnosed, ADHD, menopausal woman who wanted more help with life in general, I found Jay to be an awesome mix of holistic, therapy, spiritual, laughter, wisdom, guidance, support, common sense and encouragement in one human being. I have learnt so much about myself and my ways of coping. It literally has been life changing for me.
You explained things in a way that helped me understand how my brain works and how to advocate for myself. My confidence has grown and I feel more positive and comfortable to handle life's challenges.
It opened up my mind and enlightened me in ways I didn't know were possible. It's surreal to think that the knowledge was there before but it just needed to be unlocked. I also came to understand that when I'm not confident in my approach, people in the past have utilised that to their advantage leading to dimming my self-perception and esteem. You taught me that I am the only person who can save myself and that my struggles are temporary. You taught me that I can control my actions and that all feelings are important thoughts will come and go, but ultimately I am the observer of my own life. When I was told this coaching would be life-changing, I was sceptical. I was broken, exhausted and had nothing left to give. Turns out that person was inside of me the whole time she just needed help to come to the surface. It was this coaching that helped me unlock my hidden identity and potential. I am no longer surviving hour by hour but finally living and thriving daily. Thank you Jay. I am truly grateful.
I was first introduced to my coach, Jay in October 2024. I first recognised his kindness and wisdom, and we got straight to work together, in identifying and understanding my specific neurodiverse type and it's been absolutely transformative for me.
With Jay's guidance we've explored how to manage the anxiety, and difficulty with executive function, that is sometimes experienced as an autistic person. Jay encouraged me to feel less self-critical and to honour myself in a kinder way.
As a result, I have put into place, sustainable and more gentle ways in relation to my time management, task starting and organisation and that is now working perfectly for my own unique brain.
Jay's support has been particularly validating, and empowering for me. I am absolutely thriving now, in all areas of my life.
Jay introduced me to the idea of natural cycles of expansion and contraction. Jay and I shared some breathing work together that I now practice on a daily basis.
It's made an enormous difference to my life.
I highly recommend Jay, who is a wonderful human being.
Thank you always Jay.
Different people. Different lives.
The same invitation to understand yourself more deeply.
